Stay Active & Independent for Life

SAIL is a program under THD’s “Growing Older Staying Strong” initiative. This FREE, 12-week, evidence-based, group exercise class is facilitated by certified leaders. Through low-impact exercises, this program promotes improved strength, balance, and mobility to help older adults and Elders on the Flathead Reservation become stronger and move better. Exercises can be done in either a standing or seated position!
