Vaccinations

Services Provided

Child and adult immunization services are essential for protecting individuals against infectious diseases. Immunization helps to prevent the spread of diseases and also prevents severe complications that may arise from an illness.

For children, timely vaccination is crucial to prevent them from contracting diseases like measles, mumps, rubella, polio, and chickenpox.

Adult immunization services are also important to protect against diseases like influenza, pneumonia, and hepatitis A and B.

It is important to follow the recommended vaccination schedule to ensure that individuals are protected from the diseases they are most at risk of contracting.

  • Tribal Health Pharmacies offer vaccines during business hours on a walk-in basis.
  • Tribal Health Medical Clinics offer routine vaccination during medical appointments, as well as during scheduled nurse visits.
  • Tribal Health Public Health offers vaccines at community events, community-based clinics, and through our health outreach van.
