To receive WIC benefits, a recipient must meet eligibility requirements, and provide proof of income (or self-declaration), identification, and proof of residency.
Recipients must be part of the population WIC serves, including:
- Pregnant, breastfeeding, or postpartum women, with a household in Montana
- Infants and children up to age 5
- Household income at or below current WIC income guidelines, or the household meets adjunctive income eligibility definition
