What are the primary duties of your new position?

I oversee Healthcare Resources, TH Paid Care (THPC), Finance, and Revenue Resource divisions, establishing processes and protocols.

Where did you receive your education?

Salish Kootenai College and University of Montana

What is your prior experience relevant to your new position?

I worked in accounting for 13 years at S&K Technologies, Inc.

Why did you choose a career in health?

I chose a career in health because I’ve always wanted to help others and make a tangible impact in their lives. The healthcare field offers endless opportunities to contribute to improving the quality of people’s lives. I have never worked in healthcare before, but after being at TH for a couple of months, I feel like I am already making an impact.

What are you excited about in your new position?

One of the things that really excites me is the chance to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community, and to contribute to improving access to quality care for Tribal people, which is truly rewarding.

What activities and/or hobbies do you pursue in your free time?

I love to watch my kids play basketball, whether that’s 3 on 3’s or basketball season. I also love to watch my daughters dance at the powwow and see the joy they find in playing stickgame and singing stickgame songs.
