Welcome to CSKT Tribal Health
On behalf of the Tribal Health department of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, we welcome you. We believe every patient deserves to be treated with respect, dignity and concern. Why Tribal Health
Tribal Health of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes provides comprehensive health care services to recipients across a rich network on the Flathead Indian Reservation.
With facilities throughout the Flathead Reservation, we serve over 12,000 recipients, and offer high-quality health care and customer service, provided by well-trained staff.
With Health Centers located in Elmo, Hot Springs, Polson, Pablo (at the Salish Kootenai College), Ronan, St. Ignatius and Arlee, we are helping keep our community healthy and strong.
How It Works
We strive to offer high-quality health care and customer service to qualifying recipients, provided by well-trained staff. Review our process to see if you qualify for Tribal Health services.

Register
Fill out an enrollment form to see if you qualify. We will establish eligibility of services by your name, address, proof of affiliation and emergency contact info.

Once Approved
We’ll help you find any and all additional coverage that allow for complete including but not limited to Medicaid, Medicare, Veterans Health Administration, Affordable Care Act, and more.

Get Scheduled
Scheduling staff will work with recipients to determine the services they need and schedule appointment with our comprehensive network of Tribal Health Centers.

Receive Quality Care
We consider you a partner in your health when you are well informed, participate in treatment decisions and communicate openly with your doctor and other health care professionals. Together, we work as partners to make positive decisions regarding your health and well-being.
